It was a challenging environment, but we persevered.

Holly Springs coach L.J. Hepp led the Golden Hawks to their SWAC tournament title.

This is how you can win the retirement championships by coaching a game such as this. What about you? How do you feel about your teammates? I love my team. I told the seniors that it was just me and my team. This is Holly Springs’ first win in a conference tournament. We are so proud of them. It’s a wonderful school. However, Coach Loman and Coach Klein coach have come in to a little job at JBs. Coach Loman is a great coach and they do an excellent job. I told the guys after the game that I would love my guys to play for them. They do everything so well that it was difficult to host. The kids have been to two games and then they’re at middle Creek. It’s almost like kids are going through it. It helped us tonight and we were able to talk a bit more. One of the guys was present Wednesday and seemed content. Tonight, it seemed like there were new faces and different guys. Yes. So we have 10, 10 players, I’m sorry, five guys scoring double digits or more per game. It was ironic that I had discussed Ryan Crotty with one sophomore in the rotation in the pregame on Tuesday. I said that if it wasn’t Ryan’s night and he isn’t shooting it well, he has to find a way that he can impact the game. I’ve already talked about seniors.
