Learn Aikido with LPRD in a friendly, noncompetitive atmosphere

Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department will hold a winter session. Ki-Aikido Classes begin in January

Participants 13 years old and older Ki-Aikido It is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Aikido is a martial art that will help students improve their self-defense skills, concentration, and discipline. The class is formal, but friendly and non-competitive.

The class will be held from 7-8:30 pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between January 11th and March 10, at Holcom Park Recreation Center (2700 West 27th St.). The cost is $108.

Visitors to City facilities are welcome to use face covers. Visitors to LPRD facilities must wear masks unless they are actively participating in a class during which participants aged 11 and older may remove their masks.
