This is to draw attention to a driver’s actions that have led to environmental degradation. He drives a white vehicle. I have seen his conduct over the years, and it is quite appalling.

Every day, he drove into Morvant’s Angeline Street and stopped at a specific spot to urinate along the side of the road.

He then washes his hands and begins to eat. He then takes the foil paper that he wrapped in and folds it up, and then throws it into a drain by the side of the road.

The box drain runs parallel the surface drain. It is likely that a lot of his garbage is thrown into it.

He will then clean his hands again using napkins.

There is much talk in the media about protecting the environment, but here is the truth: the average citizen doesn’t care about the environment.

He would occasionally dust the mats in his car so that the inside is clean. But it doesn’t matter to him on the outside.

He can simply put the litter in a bag and dispose of it in a bin.

This is a situation that must be stopped.
