LinkedIn launched a New promotional campaignThis article focuses on the changing work environment and how people will adapt to this new normal in their careers.

The campaign examines the changes in work from home and how they impact career development. It also identifies new opportunities that may be available for those who are willing and able to pursue them.

As explained by LinkedIn:

Over the past few years we have seen a shift in how we work. Perhaps you are too. It is a shift not only in how we work but in why we do it and a shift of how people make work work for them. We want to hear your thoughts.

The TV ad Debuted SundayThe new campaign will be featured across multiple media channels, including streaming video, and audio platforms, during the NFL AFC Divisional Playoffs broadcast on CBS. LinkedIn plans to include additional promotional elements to highlight member stories and voices in connection to the campaign.

LinkedIns new promo builds upon the existing one. Professionals PrioritiesLinkedIn reports that TVCs have shown solid results thus far.

We’ve seen increased engagement by our members on the platform over the past 2 months. We’ve also seen members be more authentic on the platform. This has encouraged a community that everyone can belong to and can engage in discussions that can help make work work.

With close to 800 million membersLinkedIn has a strong presence in the recruitment and professional development space and is poised to generate significant interest and engagement in the wake of the pandemic.

If we ever reach that stage. It seems like the COVID crisis is never ending. But, hopefully soon, we’ll be moving past the fear and the effects of the virus to normal life.

LinkedIn will offer new opportunities.

This campaign is the next in that push and could in fact help LinkedIn’s wider presence and resonance in the space.
