Minister McConalogue launches new Agri-Environment and Farm Safety Training Schemes to Farmers

Charlie McConalogue, T.D., Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, and Senator Pippa hackett and Martin Heydon, T.D., Ministers of States at the Department of Agriculture Today saw the launch of a new Agri-Environment Training Scheme, (AETS), for farmers. This voluntary training program is open to all farmers and will help them to increase their knowledge about agri-environment initiatives as well as farm safety.
