2022 may seem a little cloudy to you because of the Environment Canada smog and fog advisories.

As part of its smog alert, the federal meteorological office urged citizens to quit using wood-burning stoves. The advisory covers Montreal, Laval and Chteauguay regions. It warns that high levels of pollutants could cause poor air quality Saturday.

The fog advisory was lifted just before 10 a.m.

Daily forecasts predict rain or drizzle with a high of 3° Celsius. Saturday night could see snow or rain falling to minus 5 C.

The week continues with ups and downs, much like 2021.
