SAN FRANCISCO The Pac-12 Conference today announced that it will move to a flexible, remote and ongoing work environment to better support Pac-12 staff and generate more revenue for member universities in order to support student-athletes.
The Pac-12 Board of Directors unanimously approved the decision. It is intended to give Pac-12 employees the benefits of work flexibility and also to create regular opportunities for employees in person within the Pac-12 geographic footprint. This includes at Pac-12 campuses to foster greater cooperation with member universities.
The Pac-12 will continue supporting and investing in its state of the art broadcast and content production. This includes moving to a new production location after the Conferences current lease expires in June 2023. The exact location of the new production facility is still unknown.
