RIO DE JANEIRO BRAZIL – Paraguay closed its fourth quarter 2021, according to the Latin American Economic Survey. It was conducted by Brazilian Getulio Vargas Foundation’s Institute of Economics. The Economic Climate Indicator gave Paraguay a score of 133.3, while the average for the region was 80.6.
Brazil and Argentina suffered a significant drop in their figures, closing out the year with scores 63.4 and 37.2, respectively.
Paraguay and Colombia were also among the top performers. Colombia’s performance rose from 104.4 to 137.6 points in the third quarter (2021) to 137.6 the last quarter (2021). . .
