Teachers from Lopatcong Township spoke out this week about the hostile work environment that their union claims was created by the superintendent of schools and allowed to continue by the school board.

Teachers from elementary and middle schools, as well as other staff, gathered in the Lopatcong Middle School cafeteria to confront Superintendent Debra Mercora and the board of education for Tuesday night’s meeting.
