The raison detre of schools is the education of children which involves teaching them more than numeracy and literacy skills.

Schools have a responsibility to teach future leaders and should expose children to environmental awareness at an early age. Due to the general state of filth in America, schools must be more aware of the environmental challenges facing the world such as climate change, deforestation and flooding, among others.
