ABO-Group will announce today the annual results and report that it recently acquired two Dutch trading funds.
It concerns the Colsen soil division, which is located in Hulst, Zeeland. This division will merge and be acquired by ABO-Milieuconsult in the Netherlands, the soil division.
Geo-Supporting, based at Lisserbroek, is involved in the project. It specializes in in-situ geological investigations. GeosondaBV, the geotechnical CPT section of ABO-Group, will integrate the employees and activities. A. F. van der Burg Beheer BV will exchange part of his shares for shares in ABO-Group. This transaction will occur next week.
Frank De Palmenaer, CEO, states that these small, niche players are essential to our geotechnical, and soil consulting services in The Netherlands. ABO will be able to draw from the many years-old customer base of Geo-Supporting and Colsens.
