UK environment group will be chaired by an ex-science minister

Chris Skidmore said that it was a great honor to chair All-Party Parliamentary Environment Group

Chris Skidmore, an ex-minister of science and universities, was announced as the new chair for a cross-parliamentary group with the goal of influencing public policy and debating the environment.

Anthony Browne, who served twice as minister of state to universities, science and research between December 2018-February 2020, was replaced by the Conservative MP for Kingswood at the helm the All-Party Parliamentary Environment Group.
