USF Baseball Coaches Created an Intolerable Sexualized Environment for Student Atheletes, Proposed Class-action Claims

Three University of San Francisco baseball athletes claim that the university attempted cover-ups of inappropriate sexual conduct by two of their baseball coaches. They allegedly kicked off student athletes who complained about an intolerant sexualized environment to school officials.

A 116-page complaintFriday’s match against USF was a contest between the National Collegiate Athletic Association and USF. The NCA asserts that Head Coach Nino Garratano, and Assistant Coach Troy Nakamura have been allowing sexual misconduct and psychological abuse to continue for more than 20 years.
