Lovins is the author of 15 books. Lovins has been a champion in sustainable development for over three decades. She has provided consulting services on business, economic, security, climate and business for dozens of governments, communities, companies, and individuals around the globe. She has provided consulting services for the heads of state, department of defense, energy agencies, and hundreds of other state and local agencies in the United States. Lovins was established in 2002. Natural Capitalism Solutions, a non profit dedicated to sustainable development.
Lara Fowler is the assistant director for outreach and involvement at Penn State Institutes of Energy and Environment. She is also a senior lecturer of Penn State Law. Innovative ideas such as those Lovins champions are urgently needed. Fowler stated that we are at a critical stage where we need to collaborate to find solutions for climate change. These solutions will be even better if they are profitable and can make our communities a better environment.
