(RCS), an IP-focused AgTech company, has entered into an exclusive worldwide licensing arrangement to license their new hydroxyl generating devices in the controlled environment agriculture (CEA), and food manufacturing industries. The patent pending system detects and destroys both surface-based and airborne molds, bacteria, virus, odorous, and volatile organic compounds. It also helps to eliminate other pathogens and pollutants in real time. The license grants AgriFORCE perpetual rights and joint patent ownership rights to CEA.
