DEC commissioner discusses state’s environmental challenges

Since 1970 when Earth Day was first observed, it has been a symbol of state and individual efforts to reduce water and air pollution. Dan Bazile met with Basil Seggos (DEC Commissioner) to discuss the challenges facing New York City in relation to the environment, and what initiatives are being implemented to address them.
