Environment Canada predicts gusts of up to 90 km/h today

Environment Canada warns that buildings may be damaged by roof shingles or windows.

  • Shelburne-Mansfield-Northern Dufferin County

Strong southwesterly winds gusting up to 90 km/h

This morning through tonight

Discussion:
Strong winds are expected to blow across most of northern and southern Ontario as a result of a Colorado Low moving through Ontario today.

Impacts:
It is possible for utilities to go down.

It is possible for buildings to be damaged, such as roof shingles or windows. High winds can toss objects around or cause branches to snap.
