Since 2016, VIZIO’s more sustainable practices have been recognized by EPA each year. The EPA also awarded Gold Tier Awards for 2020 and 2021.
The EPA’s Gold Tier Award goes to organizations that have exceptional electronics collection and recycling programs. VIZIO has diverted over 167,000 tons electronic waste from landfills in the last eight years. VIZIO’s long-standing electronic waste recycling program is a testament to the importance VIZIO places in environmental sustainability.
