Patricia Zimmermann (Charles A. Dana Professor for Screen Studies, Director of the Finger lakes Environmental Film Festival) led two interactive working sessions on new media/the environment at the annual Visible evidence Conference on Documentary, held in Frankfurt Germany, December 2021, both virtually and in person.

Zimmermann led an interactive dialog and worked with participants in a session entitled “Anthropo/scene Visualities – Human and More-thanHuman Representational Regimes” on Zoom, December 15, 2021.

She also hosted an interactive dialogue and work session with participants in the session entitled The Politics of Agmented Places: Hyperlocal Landscapes In Emergent Forms of Docary. It featured new media artists Liz Miller and Dorit Naaman on Zoom.
