A program that aims to reduce gun violence at Mt. The results are being seen in Scott-Arleta. The most visible element of the program is traffic bars on streets, where shooters used to run fast. Matchu Williams (chair of the Mt.Scott Arleta Neighborhood Association), Nadine Salma (director Green Tulip Peace & Natureschool) and Dunja Marcum (“Program Director at Vibe of Portland”) discuss what they are seeing in their neighborhood and how it feels safe.
