NASHVILLE (GLOBE NEWSWIRE, May 4, 2022) — The Mid-South ACG Capital Connection facilitates dealmaking through bringing together professionals involved pursuing middle market expansion. They have announced conference panels and topics.

Dealmakers from investment banks, lenders, private equity funds, lenders, corporate executives, and advisory firms will be able to use the following industry panels to help them navigate the 2022 M&A landscape.

Panel 1: Supercharge your Deals: RWI & Other Tools to Streamline Your Deal Process

Panelists from Bass Berry & Sims and Bailey Southwell, Greenwich Capital Group and Lockton Companies, as well as XLCS Partners, will discuss what’s hot according to investment bankers, insurance brokers, and consider the value of playing offense instead of defense in light the current uncertainty in the deal-making industry. Panel 2: Capital Markets Overview and M&A Trends & Tactics

JP Morgan leaders will discuss market trends and innovation as well as how to navigate volatile deals markets. They will discuss the rise of direct lending in auctions and how sponsors can access the full range of private and public capital to succeed. (Moderated by Frank McGrew from JP Morgan, Managing Director, Regional Investment Banking.

Panel 3: Making Smarter decisions faster: Using technology to maximize return and minimize risk

Felder Douglas and Elliott Davis professionals will discuss how customers are using big data and analytics to improve their performance, gain competitive advantage, and manage risk. (Session presented and moderated by Brett Lanzl.

Panel 4: Dealmaking in Today’s Lower Middle Market

Pinnacle Financial Partners, a Nashville-based affiliate of GF Data, shares the latest data and insights about private transactions between $10 million and $250 million. They also discuss what resonates with middle market sellers in the current environment and the growing role of middle-market bank sponsors in sponsored transactions.
