Rihanna has donated $15 Million to organizations fighting against climate change.
In 2012, Rihanna started a non-profit called Clara Lionel Foundation. It was named after her grandparents. The organization funds “groundbreaking education and emergency preparedness and response programs around the world.”
Rihanna donated money to Climate Justice Alliance, the Indigenous Environmental Network and the Movement for Black Lives and 15 other organizations that work for climate justice in the United States. Rihanna’s home – the Caribbean.

The $15 million grants were made in partnership with Twitter co-founder Jack Dorsey’s #StartSmall fund.
It focuses on leaders of indigenous, LGBTQ, Black and female groups who are directly affected by the climate crisis. Rihanna is not afraid to provide relief for various causes through the Clara Lionel Foundation. Rihanna donated millions of dollars to COVID-19 relief in 2020.
