BLOOMINGTON (25 NEWS) – A woman who claims she was a State Farm employee filed a lawsuit against State Farm. She alleges she was fired because she complained about the company’s rampant racism and discrimination that permeated her entire time at State Farm.
Shashi Mandhyan claims that she faced the company’s culture of racism and discrimination every day of her employment.
She also claims that her supervisor and direct manager in the bank originations section harassed, threatened, and attacked her.
Mandhyan claims she was an employee for 19+ years before she was fired.
She is requesting a jury trial.
