Government failed to consider pipelines impact on environment

The United States Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management (or BLM) failed to account data suggesting an increase in sedimentation along the proposed route of a gas pipeline and instead approved the conventional bore method to cross streams within Jefferson National Forest without analysing its environmental effects.
