Yoh survey found that most workers prefer to remain in their current work environment.

According to Yoh’s survey, the majority of Americans would prefer to keep their current work environment. According to Yoh’s survey, people who work remotely 100% prefer to stay remote. Those who work in hybrid environments prefer flexibility and the ability to work in-person and remotely, while those who work 100% in person want to keep their current work environment.

The Harris Poll conducted the survey online for Yoh. It included 900 adults who were employed full-time or part time.

The survey found that 62% of people who work remotely 100% prefer to do so, while 32% prefer a hybrid model and 6% want to work entirely in person.

Contrary to this, 54% prefer to remain in the same environment as 30% prefer to work remotely, and 16% prefer to be in person.

However, 42% prefer to work in-person 100% of their time, 30% prefer the hybrid model, and 28% prefer a remote 100% working model.

These results are a reminder that employers shouldn’t assume they know what their employees want. Employers should instead offer a range of work structures that allow workers the freedom to choose the one that suits them best, Yoh President Emmett McGrath said.
