3 ways you can improve your behaviour — and environment

It is time for us all to unite and make Lifestyle For Environment (LIFE), a movement. Prime Minister Narendra Modi was at the COP26 Summit. This highlighted the need for a more environmentally conscious lifestyle in order to revolutionise many industries.

Lifestyle plays a major role in reducing climate change’s impacts. The big question is: How can we address the adaptive challenge of behaviour change?

There are two critical points to remember. Behavior change must begin with individuals and it is not possible to make a quick fix. Small changes to individual habits can make a big difference in the environment. Everything has an effect: what we eat, how much water we drink and how much energy we use. Changes can be made by increasing awareness and changing existing beliefs and perceptions.
